- Our Signature Programs
Sequoia Signature Programs
Our facilities are designed to support structured, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.
Green Program
This program is an environmental education initiative designed to encourage children to care for and appreciate their surroundings. Some of the activities include planting trees, caring for pets, reducing plastic waste by bringing reusable containers, and engaging in recycling practices.
Cambridge Assesment English
Sequoia Primary School uses English as the main language and medium of instruction in teaching and learning activities. To ensure students’ progress, the school collaborates with Cambridge University Press & Assessment to conduct assessments that measure reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. These assessments are carried out progressively in Grades 2, 4, and 6 to monitor students’ achievement in accordance with international standards.
House System
The House System at Sequoia Primary School is a character development program in which students are grouped into three houses (Water, Earth, and Air) to foster a sense of community across different grade levels. Through this system, students learn to get to know one another, collaborate, and support each other, creating an inclusive and positive school environment. This program also serves as one of Sequoia’s anti-bullying strategies, as it strengthens a sense of belonging, empathy, and care among students, thereby minimizing the occurrence of bullying within the school community.
Global Learning Network Sequoia
A program that connects students with the global community to broaden their perspectives and international outlook through various activities such as global friendship exchanges, international immersion programs, and fun learning with foreigners. Through these experiences, students gain cross-cultural exposure and grow into confident individuals who can thrive in a global environment.
Sequoia Sustainable Entrepreneurship Program
SSEP (Sequoia Sustainable Entrepreneurship Program) is Sequoia’s signature character education curriculum designed to cultivate and develop students’ leadership skills.
